I was pleasantly surprised by the HWTW Program. It is different from what you usually see in leadership programs - it's bolder, it talks about uncommon themes, it truly awakens you to new necessary topics for those who lead and for the difference we want to make in ourselves, in our team, and in the world. I also like the philosophical provocations. From a more pragmatic point of view on how to follow the content, I like the way it offers autonomy for us to navigate based on our own needs and interests.

The Program enabled me to think about AI in a different way. From panic that comes from outside to understanding how to become an AI curator. By combining different perspectives, the Program gives you a framework to cover the challenges associated with a high-tech world.

Rather than having traditional lectures, the format includes pre-recorded presentations, quick live review sessions to keep you up to speed, and longer live conversations with guest speakers on current topics that are relevant for leaders. It’s definitely a great curation of leadership topics that most leaders should and want to be exposed to. It affords the opportunity to balance the best out of artificial intelligence and human intelligence in terms of navigating it in business or any organization.

My top two takeaways are the criticality of the human factor in the high-tech world that we live in, and the awareness of the wisdom that comes from whether it’s spirituality or biomimicry, or how we relate as leaders from a culture standpoint.
