The deepest, most authentic aspect of the human being is an innate holistic intelligence that transcends mere intellect or acquired data. This Self serves as the internal compass capable of discerning the interconnected "pattern that connects" all living systems. It is an inherent ability to grasp the ethical and systemic consequences of actions—guiding the individual away from fragmented, self-serving interests toward the well-being and flourishing of the entire web of life.

This program is designed with a transcontextual approach that, much like the patterns of living systems, will evolve over time as our understanding of leadership that is in service to all life shifts as well.

It is rooted in three core contexts—"The Future is High-Tech," "The Self is High-Wisdom," and "Innovation is Nature-Positive" and a final section called "The Edge."

Live Sessions are held by Adriana Machado in conversation with a Guest for key milestone moments throughout the 11 weeks of the course and beyond. These sessions provide various opportunities to integrate your learnings and connect with cohort community members through live Q&A and follow up forums.
