Édel Pontes is committed to human improvement to reach innate potential and realize personal aspirations. He is convinced of the fundamental principle that entrepreneurship is innate to the human being and, regardless of the dissatisfaction that may be overshadowing this virtue today, with appropriate training it will be inevitable to realize dreams and restore plans that were left aside during life.

His conviction started when the legacy of Walt Disney captured his attention on the importance of dreaming and loving what one does, being aware and having the attitude to accomplish the goals. He built solid knowledge bases in his training as a Doctor in Neuromarketing from Florida Christian University (FCU), Master in International Business Administration from Hult International Business School (HIBS), Specialization in Psychopedagogy from Fundação Educacional Jayme de Altavila (FEJAL), MBA in Online Marketing and E-commerce from the School of Administration, Marketing and Communications (ESAMC) and Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL).

Édel Pontes has launched several startups throughout his career, lived in fascinating places such as China,  and created the Emotional Entrepreneurship methodology, a method that aims to guide students in the search for the best performance, building the necessary self-knowledge to develop, execute and achieve the expected results.
